Welcome to the home page of the SPHS Cross Country and Distance Track teams!

The XC season typically lasts from late May to November, while the track season typically lasts from early December to May.

 It’s our goal to get the best out of every athlete, whether they be an all-star or just beginning the sport. The XC team doesn’t have cuts, but it doesn’t mean things are easy! Every athlete puts in a summer of training by meeting with the team at 5:45 a.m. and running up to ten miles. Any SPHS student is encouraged to join us!
